The Government of India-UNDP Capacity Development for Local Governance (CDLG) project is implemented by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj. It aims to strengthen institutions and mechanisms so as to enhance capacities of elected representatives (ERs) and functionaries for human development oriented, inclusive planning, implementation and improved accountability in local governance.

NCIS built a web based system to provide access to stakeholders to all Tuberculosis related materials. Users could log in and find materials by doing simple or advanced searches or select relevant materials using drop down boxes.

New Concept developed the web-based IEC resources centre consisting of IEC material in the form of Posters, brochures, training modules, audio/video films and clips, etc.
