Quality work on time has been the motto of our organisation right from its inception in 1988. We have made every effort to achieve this through systematic organisation of work to deliver on client expectations, going that extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
As our work expands in terms of domain areas, services offered, and geographical reach it was but natural to reaffirm our commitment by establishing a quality management system as per internationally recognised system of standards.
We chose ISO 9001:2008 systems standards to take that leap and started rebuilding our system in line with its requirements. Our corporate tagline “creativity and collective work transforms” reflects our ethos and work culture, which we have established in all aspects of our work. We firmly believe that each member of the organisation can and should contribute in building the quality management system based on their experience. All members were encouraged to identify and document their roles and responsibilities in the context of fulfilling various tasks to inculcate a sense of ownership. They also documented various procedures, work instructions, checklists and guidelines being used in designing various services and products. Through a participatory process involving the entire organisation we reviewed our existing procedures and protocols, documented, re-established and implemented them according to the ISO 9001:2008 requirements. The system consists of organisational Quality Policy, Quality Objective, supported by a documented Quality Management System mandating regular Internal Quality Audits, Management Review and a mechanism for Customer Feedback, ensuring continual improvement.
We are glad to inform that following a third party audit in March 2012 by an ISO certified external auditor, our organisation was certified as an ISO 9001:2008 organisation on April 4, 2012.
We thank all our members, consultants, and partners for this important milestone in the history of the organisation and look forward to active cooperation and support in sustaining and improving it further.
